Self-Portrait is a profound fashion-film depicting the journey of divine femininity through the realization and creation of forming our own universes and bringing them to life in the real world. It had a prolific debut in the festival circuit, including the prestigious LA Fashion Film Fest and many others. Almost unheard of for a first time filmmaker, this is Casey’s birth into the new powerhouse of female directors.

Casey is currently in post production of her sophomore short film The Wild Ones. In a utopian world created by outsiders of society, June (our main character) takes us on a journey of self- exploration as her and per pals embark on a wild world seeking to connect seeking to connect to deeper parts of themselves. The Wild Ones was shot hot in the mountains of Asheville NC and its surrounding areas, shortly after hurricane Helene. Using mostly repurposed materials from the flood, Casey reminds us that we can create something beautiful out of fallen and broken pieces.
